The original Juvenile Shop opened in 1938 on Pico Boulevard in Los Angeles, California. We moved to our current location on Ventura Boulevard in Sherman Oaks in 1977.

From the very first days when “Grandpa Bob” ran the register, the Juvenile Shop has been providing fine products and impeccable service to our customers. Now, the store is run by Bob's granddaughter, Lauren, who takes great pride in carrying on Juvenile Shop's tradition of excellence.

Lauren has worked at Juvenile Shop since she was a teenager. She's also been an active member of the National Infant Nursery Furniture Association (NINFRA) since 1985, serving both as a board member and the chairperson of their bedding committee for many years.

Her 30+ years of industry experience help her to provide the absolute best products and services to her customers, as do the wonderful people that work with her.

Lisa has been with Juvenile Shop since 1981. Her extensive knowledge and almost uncanny ability to find great products from around the world is a big part of the reason that Juvenile Shop stands out from your ordinary stores.

Roger has been here for over 15 years. He is our resident stroller expert. He has worked closely with many of the major stroller manufacturers over the years and has created several videos sharing his vast knowledge of stroller selection and safety.

Over the past 6 years, Anna has developed a wonderful reputation for her patience and her ability to help customers that want to find something extra special. Anna is our specialist for custom furniture and bedding. If you need something extra special, be sure to talk to her.

Marie has been here for 10 years and has great overall knowledge of all the different products available. She also manages inventory and ordering for the store.

Bianca is incredibly sweet and patient. She's been making everything easy for our customers for over 5 years now. She is excellent with furniture and bedding.

Koto has a vast knowledge of all the "gear" that we sell. He's also our certified car seat expert and will gladly teach our customers everything they need to know about making the right car seat choice for their child.

William keeps the store looking beautiful and is also great with helping people select the right items for their gift registry. He knows just about all there is to know about baby carriers.

Alex and Debbie keep the registry orders running smoothly and have a knack for making all of the gifts look gorgeous.

Our delivery guys are lead by Bruce who has been here for 15 years. He and his team do a great job delivering and setting up your furniture.

Nader, Maynor and Frank have a combined 25 years with Juvenile Shop. In addition to doing deliveries and setup, they keep the back end of the store running smoothly.
