The original Juvenile Shop opened in 1938 on Pico Boulevard in Los Angeles, California. We moved to our current location on Ventura Boulevard in Sherman Oaks in 1977.

From the very first days when “Grandpa Bob” ran the register, the Juvenile Shop has been providing fine products and impeccable service to our customers. Now, the store is run by Bob’s granddaughter, Lauren, who takes great pride in carrying on Juvenile Shop’s tradition of excellence.

We try to make your experience shopping for your new baby an easy one. We try to weed out the products and offer what we feel are the best choices available so you can come in and get a good education on what’s out there and not feel overwhelmed.
Customers tell us all the time we have simplified the process of figuring out what they need for the first few years.
